Program
Launch and reuse operations
In plain English
What is a program?
A program is just a folder. It groups milestones that belong to the same big effort, such as Starship or Starlink.
A program with few milestones is not a program with little happening. It only means we have not yet written up more evidence-backed records for it.

Operational milestones tend to be stated as rates and counts. This site records the stated target and the evidence for the outcome, and says so plainly when an outcome has not been verified.
